Manufacturing range

Among the main products are curved spreader rolls with rubber covering and curved metal versions, as well as adjustable bow curved spreader rolls that allow fine-tuning during operation.

For specific applications, the company manufactures special curved spreader rolls with double bow for wet environments, particularly in the textile industry. The production also includes Cordex rolls with either wooden or steel base tubes, as well as custom-designed solutions developed according to customer specifications.
Curved rubber and metal varibow spreader rolls
The Tecnomec 3 V series variable spreader rolls, available with rubber coating or metal sectors, allow operators to adjust the roll bow during machine operation depending on the material being processed, thereby improving cut separation and overall efficiency. Varibow spreader rolls are available:
- With bow adjustment via ratchet wrench for outside diameters ≤ 125 mm.
- With bow adjustment via hydraulic pump for outside diameters ≥ 150 mm.
Available rubber coverings include: NBR: NBR-TT; Conductive NBR; EPDM; Hypalon; HNBR; Silicon; Polyurethane; Viton; Anti-abrasion; Covers with air grooves.
Available metal roll coverings include: Hard chromium plated; Tungsten carbide; Ceramic Teflon; Stainless steel; Chromed stainless steel; Covers with air grooves.
Spreader rolls with external drive
This type of spreader roll can be supplied either with a standard motor or with a brushless motor, depending on the specific application requirements. The rolls are available with outside diameters ranging from 175 mm up to 450 mm and can reach a maximum length of 13,000 mm.
Different surface finishes are offered to meet a wide variety of production needs, ensuring optimal performance in every working condition.
Among the main advantages of this solution are the elimination of the need for pulleys and a high resistance to elevated temperatures, which makes these rolls particularly suitable for demanding industrial environments.
