In addition, Stora Enso and Valmet have signed a three-year cooperation agreement covering process monitoring and operator training to support continuous performance improvement at the mill. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mill has an annual production capacity of 420 000 tonnes of containerboard and 335 000 tonnes of pulp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe value Valmet\u2019s technical expertise and long experience with recovery boilers. We expect the new superheater and additional modifications to bring further stability to the mill\u2019s operation and lower its maintenance costs. It combines Valmet\u2019s proven recovery boiler technology with our service expertise, and we are proud to support the customer\u2019s production goals with this long-term cooperation,\u201d says <strong>Karoliina Gunnila<\/strong>, Sales Manager, Services, Recovery, Energy and Circularity, Valmet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valmet\u2019s delivery includes replacement of the recovery boiler\u2019s secondary superheater with Valmet\u2019s tubular superheater. In connection with the installation, the current superheater arrangement will be modified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, <strong>VALMET <\/strong>will support Stora Enso Varkaus Mill with process monitoring services including remote support and operator training.
