TT SteamBooster\u2019s standalone control system, which can operate independently on any tissue making line, has also been completely integrated into the tissue machine\u2019s DCS to ensure effortless operations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

TT SteamBooster has reduced the boiler\u2019s gas consumption by up to 25%, also ensuring a reduction of the mill\u2019s carbon emissions. Custom-designed based on Cartiera Confalone\u2019s production specifications, the steam generation system has been stably producing high quality steam for more than four months and has exceeded the performances of the project. It doesn\u2019t require regulation according to the machine\u2019s production, and its performance is monitored remotely by Toscotec. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The system is reliable and compact, with very low impact on the building\u2019s load capacity, which also makes it very easy to install in existing plants. In terms of operating costs, TT SteamBooster calls for both minimal electricity consumption and very easy maintenance, due to the fact that after activation it doesn\u2019t need further interventions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
