Significant results for ACE Tissue Technology

After only 12 months since its start-up, of absolute significance are the results achieved by ACE Tissue Technologies (dedusting plant construction division of the ACE Group).

Several plants have been successfully installed and started up at major tissue paper manufacturers in Lucchesia and around the world. All this has been possible thanks to the winning product/technical/human value combination.

While the “patented” MEA-X technology enables unique dedusting performance and safe operation of the plants, no less was the quality of service provided by ACETT’s technicians and other managers, who gave the added value to date recognized by the market to the company. MEA-X “patented” dedusting systems, for napkin machines, interfolders, paper mill rewinders, converting lines, PM, also allow centralization of dust collection and sending to briquetting machine.

Filters (of ACE TT construction) can be supplied in various modular versions and customized according to available space. In the turnkey supply of dedusting systems, special ground hoods with aerodynamic profile and environmental extraction hoods to be placed inside the closing cabins of production lines are also provided. Below are the main technical differentiations of the ACETT systems:

  • MEA-X “patented” ACE TT technology, with balanced airflow combination of blown and sucked air with high-speed air blades and static eliminators.
  • The HSX-28 dust removal heads, remove simultaneously the dust from both paper sides and is active at few millimeters from the paper.
  • Static eliminators “patented” are installed inside the blowing and suction connection of the HSX-28 head, to eliminate static electricity from the dust removed from the paper. This guarantee: the transport of dust inside the pipes without dust deposits; an easier cleaning of the sleeves from the dust inside the filter (no more “bridge effect).
  • The static elimination system (Clear Tube) is installed inline to the piping, for the elimination of the static charges present on the dust removed from the paper. That’s avoid any electrostatic discharge phenomenon.
  • The blowing unit GS7.4 connected to the HSX-28 dust removal head prevents (unlike traditional only extractor hoods) the paper from sticking to their suction channels.
  • This allows the ACE dust removal heads to work closer to the material and be more efficient (+60%) compared to traditional dust extraction hoods.
  • ACE TT dust removal systems have much lower energy consumption, thanks to the technology of the dust removal heads that can work a few millimeters from the material.

“I am very proud of the investment made in Lucchesia now a year ago, and of the valuable work done by ACETT employees and their colleagues at ACE Legnano.

Thanks to this team work, customer satisfaction has been total, and the consensus as well as the company’s reputation is continuously growing.

Important projects of technical collaboration and development of these plants have also been initiated with leading machine manufacturers.

For all these reasons, it was decided to start with a policy of total high value-added investment in human resources, particularly in the Production and Service departments” – says Daniele Barbui, CEO of ACE Tissue Technologies and ACE Group.
